I’m Aurora Davoli, nice to meet you!

I’m Italian, I’m a certified Self Leadership Coach and my mission is to help working women improve their self-esteem and style in order to completely REBRAND themselves and become the Girlsbosses they really are in 6 months or less.

I’ve been there, I’ve experienced this transformation myself, I know what it takes to change and embody the new version of yourself!

To understand what brought me to coaching and why I can help you, I will tell you two true stories

WAS DIFFERENT

SINCE I WAS A CHILD, I LOVED FASHION, BEAUTY, DECORATION…
AND HAD A STRONG TASTE FOR EVERYTHING BEAUTIFUL AND ARTISTIC.

I looked at all this from a distance, being convinced that it couldn’t be for me… who considered myself clumsy and unattractive (big thick glasses, NO LOOK and overweight during a good part of my childhood).

I felt different, neglected by the beauty that I admired so much in others.

But when I was a teenager, a friend pointed out that I looked like an Italian TV starlet (Ambra Angiolini).

FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE, I LOOKED AT MYSELF DIFFERENTLY IN THE MIRROR.

I started to believe that I could be pretty too, that it was possible.

I CHANGED MY SELF-IMAGE.

I CHANGED

THE CHANGE WAS RADICAL:
I LOST WEIGHT, I STARTED WORKING OUT AGAIN, I GOT A MAKEUP…
IN A FEW MONTHS I WENT FROM WHAT I CONSIDERED A “HEAP” TO A CUTE AND STYLISH YOUNG WOMAN.
THE LOOK OF THE OTHERS CHANGED TOO…

Once having strengthened by this new identity, I came to France where I got a diploma and started to work… in fashion.

The choice of the country was guided by my heart: in Italy I had met a French man who still is my husband

I learned English and Spanish, traveled everywhere as a buyer, climbed the ladder and managed teams of 25 people… and even started to offer to my colleagues a makeover in my spare time.

But after 15 years and two children, I was no longer fulfilled.

I no longer found meaning in what I was doing, I wanted more.

But what to do?

2- THE BIG JUMP INTO ENTREPRENEURSHIP

UNTIL A FEW YEARS AGO, I DIDN’T DARE TO START MY OWN BUSINESS.

Coming from a family of professors where a “stable position” was the ultimate goal, I had not even asked myself what I really wanted to do.

However, during more than 15 years in the salaried workforce, working in positions of responsibility at the international level, I had always launched many initiatives, which had allowed me to evolve.

When I left the company after completing an MBA in Digital Marketing (MBA MCI at the Institut Léonard de Vinci in Paris) I finally saw this opportunity.

After setting up the Spanish branch of a digital French communication agency specializing in influencer marketing, the little voice inside me that wanted me to start my own business was getting stronger and stronger:

I couldn't ignore it anymore.

BUT I WAS TERRIBLY AFRAID OF IT.

My mind kept telling me:

You don't know anything
You are not legitimate
You don't know exactly what to do or how to do it
You have never been an entrepreneur, you are not capable
You don't have a network
You are not "enough"...

But there was another part of me that did think I was an entrepreneur, a traveling business woman, a worldly woman: A GIRLBOSS.

So I created my own image consulting company.

And as the universe does things well, I was contacted at the same time to participate in a very famous national TV show: ” Shopping queens ” (Les Reines du Shopping), which I won.

I was happy in my new profession as an image consultant but I quickly became disillusioned: the change of physical appearance was very beneficial to improve the lives of my clients, but not enough to change their lives RADICALLY.

For that, I had to work on the second pillar of my current method: THE MINDSET.

AND MY MISSION IS TO HELP YOU TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE. MY MISSION IS TO HELP YOU LEAD YOUR LIFE WITH STYLE.

So I decided to train in coaching at the best coaching school, Brooke Castillo’s school in the United States.

Today, I am happy and fulfilled in my work.

I have implemented the IMM method: new Image, new Mindset, new Me.

And it works!
